The tower’s high-performance facade is enhanced with vertical copper fins, which serve a dual purpose: they minimize heat gain during warmer months and optimize daylighting, reducing the need for artificial lighting. Copper, a recyclable and durable material, contributes to the building’s sustainability goals, and its natural patina over time will give the facade a unique, evolving character.

The facade’s vertical articulation, created by the rhythm of copper fins, not only adds a dynamic aesthetic but also emphasizes the building’s height, making it a distinctive presence in the urban skyline.
