The tower’s high-performance facade is enhanced with vertical copper fins, which serve a dual purpose: they minimize heat gain during warmer months and optimize daylighting, reducing the need for artificial lighting. Copper, a recyclable and durable material, contributes to the building’s sustainability goals, and its natural patina over time will give the facade a unique, evolving character.
The facade’s vertical articulation, created by the rhythm of copper fins, not only adds a dynamic aesthetic but also emphasizes the building’s height, making it a distinctive presence in the urban skyline. The glass facade works in harmony with the copper fins, balancing transparency and thermal performance, while maximizing views and natural light for residents and hotel guests. This thoughtful facade design contributes significantly to the tower’s energy efficiency, enhancing occupant comfort while lowering operational costs.

Each residential level includes private balconies, providing residents with outdoor spaces to enjoy fresh air and views, and these spaces are further enhanced by landscaped terrace levels. These terraces offer shared outdoor amenities, featuring green spaces that encourage relaxation and contribute to passive cooling. The integration of greenery on multiple levels creates a buffer against urban heat, improves air quality, and supports biodiversity, aligning with the project’s sustainable vision.

At the ground level, the tower engages with the surrounding urban context through welcoming spaces, likely including retail and commercial areas that bring vitality to the street and encourage community interaction.
By separating the hotel and residential functions within the tower, the design provides a seamless blend of public and private realms, creating a vibrant, multi-functional environment within a single vertical structure. Overall, this mixed-use tower exemplifies a commitment to sustainability through strategic material selection, energy-efficient facade design, and the inclusion of biophilic elements.
