Located beside a new subway station, the project supports smart, transit-oriented growth with 125,000 square meters of office space and a generous public plaza that connects the building to the surrounding urban fabric.
The design integrates high-performance workplace planning with refined interior environments, creating flexible, efficient office spaces supported by natural light, clear circulation, and a strong sense of arrival.
